Take advantage of deeded beach access and a community pool just steps away. LIVING AREA: Find large sofa, a love seat, two comfy chairs, complemented by a 65” smart TV. Personal streaming passwords required. DINING: Gather around the generous 8-person table and six bar seats for convivial family meals. KITCHEN: Discover ample cabinetry housing brand-new stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker and sizable pantry. Essential small appliances such as a toaster, blender, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, espresso machine, rice maker, crock pot and griddle are provided. COFFEE: Keurig, drip coffee maker, espresso machine and French press available. Enjoy your first morning's coffee on us! A sampler of ground coffee, k cups, flavored syrups, sugars, creamer and variety of tea provided. ACCOMMODATIONS: First Floor: Twin/Twin Bunk Beds in hallway with full bathroom. Full bathroom boasts a tub/shower combination. Second Floor: Bedroom 1: King bed + Ensuite Bedroom 2: King bed + Ensuite Bedroom 3: Full/Full Bunk Bed + Full Bed +En-suite Each bedroom features a full bathroom with standing shower and smart TV. POOL & PARKING: - There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk - Restroom at the pool - Parking under the house for 4 cars Must be 21 to book. Travel insurance should be purchased for stays March- October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, Beach closings, marine life present, etc. EXPECTATIONS: Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided. Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel.
