The large back deck features a screened in porch and outdoor dining table for family dinners with Gulf Views. Groups up to 15 will have plenty of space to spread out with the 3 bedroom home and separate entrance ground floor suite. Beach access is one street up, a 5 minute walk, where everyone will love the white sands and emerald waters of Cabana Beach's private beach. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 large decks. On the ground floor is a totally separate suite with private entrance. The downstairs suite includes a Queen bed, dresser, sleeper sofa, TV, closet and full bath with shower. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc. We provide a starter supply of 1 of the following: toilet paper roll per bathroom, paper towel roll, laundry pod, dishwasher detergent, trash bag per can. Be prepared to bring additional supplies. As this is our vacation home, we do not allow pets, parties, smoking or vaping. For your safety, security cameras are placed under the carport and on the porches.

Litter or cigarette butts thrown in the dunes behind the house will have $100 fee. No pets, no parties.
