Under the house has fun for all with swing, chairs and tables, a sand pit for the kids and kids at heart, corn hole with plenty of room to spread out! In the evening, you'll enjoy the glow of the string lights while BBQing your family's favorite meats on the charcoal grill. There's room for the family inside with 3 bedrooms and large open living room/kitchen/dining room. Fur babies are part of our family too so you're welcome to bring 2 dogs under 50lbs. The beach is a short drive (.4 miles) where everyone will love the white sugar sands and emerald waters of Cabana Beach's private beach. Dogs not permitted on furniture or linens. - $150 fee EXPECTATIONS: Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided. Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel. A starter supply of incidentals including: - K Cups - 2 Dishwasher Tablets - 2 Laundry Pods - 3oz Dish Soap - Sponge - 1 Trash Bag per can - 1 Roll Paper Towel - 1 Roll Toilet Paper per bathroom Must be 25 to book and sign a hold harmless agreement within 48 hours of booking. Refusal will result in cancellation. Travel insurance recommended for stays March-October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc. As this is our vacation home, we do not allow parties, smoking or vaping. This home backs up to a marsh and wildlife such as alligators, snakes, small rodents, etc. Watch small animals and children at all times. Security cameras are placed under the carport and on the front porch.

HOA does not permit guests to use golf carts in the neighborhood. House backs up to a marsh where wildlife such as alligators, snakes, small rodents, etc may make an appearance on the property. 1 Parking Pass provided for 1 car to park at the private beach access. $200 fee if lost/stolen.
