Enjoy mornings with coffee, afternoon swims in our community pool, and evening relaxation on our new comfy beds. The walk to the beautiful white sands is 4 minutes. We do provide a beach wagon, 2 chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. Each room has a new smart tv so you’ll be able to login to your favorites apps. LIVING AREA: Find large sofa and love seat, complemented by a 50” smart TV. Personal streaming passwords required. DINING: Gather around the table that seats four and two bar stools off the kitchen for additional seating. KITCHEN: We provide the essential small appliances such as a toaster, blender, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, crock pot and griddle are provided. COFFEE: Keurig, drip coffee maker. Enjoy your first morning's coffee on us! A sampler of ground coffee, k cups, flavored syrups, sugars, creamer and variety of tea provided. POOL & PARKING: - There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk - Parking is assigned spot (only 1) - HOA requires parking permit to be displayed (it will be on the counter when you arrive). Must be 18 to book. Travel insurance should be purchased for stays March- October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, Beach closings, marine life present, etc. EXPECTATIONS: Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person provided. Two hand towels per bathroom provided as well as one kitchen towel.
